80% CABERNET FRANC, 20% SYRAH
Dark ruby with blackberry, black current, violet, rose and some wilder notes.
Fresh and generous on the palate but not saky, then chocolate and spicy complex and very tinkable.
100 % SYRAH, from our younger vines only 6 month in cuve has preserved the typical fruit on Syrah.
It has scents of violet and berries and is rich and spicy.
This 100 % SYRAH is from the best plots of the domaine where careful plant selection and grafting is now bearing fruit.
Deep in colour, this has real finesse precision freshness and spicy liquorice and violet rich in fruit from the chalky terroir.
